Call for Workshop Proposals

We solicit proposals for workshops to be held in conjunction with CSoNet 2026.

We welcome proposals on emerging topics that are anticipated not to be fully explored in the main conference. Workshops should provide a forum for in-depth discussion of technical, application, or community issues relevant to the CSoNet community.

Workshop registration, venue, and proceedings will be handled by the CSoNet 2026 organizers.

Proposals will be evaluated on topic relevance, proposers’ credentials of the organizing team, and potential audience.

The camera-ready deadline for workshop papers will follow the same schedule as the main CSoNet 2026 proceedings. Late submissions cannot be included.

Submission Guidelines

Proposals must be submitted in PDF format (2 pages max, excluding references) using the LNCS template. Submit proposals by email to the Workshop Chair.

Proposals should include:

  • Workshop title and acronym
  • Primary contact name and email
  • Relevant keywords summarizing the workshop topic
  • Anticipated number of papers and expected audience size
  • Any special space or equipment requests
  • Topics to be covered, target audience, and relevance to CSoNet
  • Names, titles, and affiliations of all organizers
  • Organizers’ relevant experience

Workshop organizers are responsible for the scientific content and advertising. Workshop registration and paper publication will follow the main CSoNet 2026 process.
